Clínica Dental Milenium Ibiza - Sanitas

They are the only Sanitas clinic on the island so you could imagine the service and quality. I only went there to wash my teeth, the water was sprayed everywhere, on my face/clothes, and the staff took it normal. My teeth ached for days afterwards because I felt the washing was very rough and hard. (15’ done) Honestly, try to avoid this clinic unless you have no where else to go.

I went there for the first time and came out with a huge budget given by the director which he made me in his office and then offered me financing. The clinic was recommended to me by some friends who were later deceived by adding more money to their budgets without knowing what they were doing. Anyway... very upset because for me the mouth is something extremely important and I have a big complex after seeing this man who told me about things that the doctors had not told me. I tried on more than one occasion to contact him by phone or by going there but the staff told me that he was not at the clinic so I don't understand why the director hardly appears there or no one can assist me. Much delay in appointments, only to see you for 5 minutes... it shows that they do not dedicate quality time to the patient. A shame, in other Sanitas that I have been to you can tell that they care about you, here only about your money.

It's embarrassing that I've been calling for 3 days and they're not able to pick up my phone...on top of that you're paying for private insurance. I'm sorry but I plan to cancel the dental insurance and go to another one that receives you better

Today I went to get a cavity in my neck fixed with the doctor, I think her name is Estefanía... super abuse, bad attention, bad-tempered brute, or tactful. It made me hurt, I raised my hand and didn't stop even though it hurt, he gave me a second anesthesia and abruptly finished fixing my cavity and it's not clear if I fixed it completely in order to get rid of it. It made me hurt a lot, super abrupt, look, I went to dentists, something like that never happened to me and the abuse was worse. You could tell she was in a hurry because I don't know what, but it's not my fault, she served me 35 minutes late. I will never go to this clinic again.
